The word entrepreneur is as interesting as it is challenging as a profession.  If you want to be successful as an entrepreneur, it's not easy.  It is only when you combine a number of other qualities with your aspirations as an entrepreneur that it is possible to establish yourself as a successful entrepreneur.

There are seven more important qualities that an entrepreneur needs to succeed.  These seven qualities are abbreviated as Seven P in English.  The following qualities are described:

 1.  Positivity: Must be positive in any situation.  Positivity is a strangely beautiful quality that will bring you something positive out of a negative event.

 2.  Passion: Feeling good: Not like anyone else, you have to pay the price for feeling good.  You always have to make any decision or work by considering the good and bad judgements with the importance of feeling good.  So do what you love to do.

 3.  Perseverance: You have to work hard and pay 100% attention to work because this hard work is the mother of good fortune.  For this, we have to work hard using the maximum of time by saying goodbye to excuses and laziness from life.

 4.  Persistence: You have to work hard and finish the work on time, so you have to have the desire to stick.  Sticking is a quality that allows you to reach your desired goal.  Successful Entrepreneurs Always Say - Never Give Up.  So stick to it.

 5.  Purpose: You need to find a purpose in life and believe that you are capable of doing something exceptional.  Finding out this purpose is a matter of time so it is important to find out without rushing.  If you can believe in yourself, you will successfully find the purpose and accomplish the purpose.

নিম্নে গুণাবলি গুলো বর্ণনা করা হলঃ-

১.  ইতিবাচক মনোভাব (Positivity):  যেকোন পরিস্থিতিতে ইতিবাচক থাকতে হবে। পজিটিভিটি এমন একটি অদ্ভুত সুন্দর গুণ যেটা আপনাকে নেগেটিভ ঘটনার ভিতর থেকেও পজিটিভ কিছু বের করে দিবে।

২.  ভালো লাগা (Passion):  অন্য কারো মতে নয়, নিজের ভালো লাগার মূল্য দিতে হবে। সবসময় নিজের ভালো লাগাটাকে গুরুত্ব দিয়ে ভাল-মন্দ বিচার বিবেচনা করে যেকোন সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ কিংবা কাজ করতে হবে। তাই আপনি যেই কাজটা করতে ভালবাসেন সেটা করুন।

৩.  কঠোর অধ্যবসায় (Perseverance): কঠোর পরিশ্রম করতে হবে এবং কাজের ক্ষেত্রে শতভাগ মনোযোগ দিতে হবে কারণ এই পরিশ্রমই সৌভাগ্যের প্রসূতি। এজন্য জীবন থেকে অজুহাত ও অলসতাকে বিদায় দিয়ে সময়ের সর্বোচ্চ ব্যবহার করে পরিশ্রম করতে হবে।

৪.  লেগে থাকা (Persistence):  কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে সময়মত কাজ শেষ করতে হবে, সেজন্য লেগে থাকার ইচ্ছা থাকতেই হবে। লেগে থাকা এমন একটি গুণ যার বদৌলতে আপনি পৌঁছাতে পারবেন আপনার কাংখিত লক্ষ্যে। সফল উউদ্যোক্তারা সবসময় বলে – নেভার গিভ আপ। তাই লেগে থাকুন।

৫.   উদ্দেশ্য (Purpose):  জীবনের একটা উদ্দেশ্য খুুঁজে বের করতে হবে এবং বিশ্বাস করতে হবে যে আপনি ব্যতিক্রম কিছু করতে সক্ষম। এই উদ্দেশ্য খুঁজে বের করাটা সময়সাপেক্ষ ব্যাপার তাই তাড়াহুড়ো না করে সময় নিয়ে খুঁজতে হবে। যদি আপনি নিজের উপর বিশ্বাস রাখতে পারেন, তাহলে আপনি সফলভাবে উদ্দেশ্যটি খুঁজে পাবেন এবং উদ্দেশ্যটি সম্পাদনও করতে পারবেন।

৬.  ধৈর্য্য (Patience): ধৈর্য্য একজন উদ্যোক্তার সফল হওয়ার পেছনে সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ গুণ। কারণ সাফল্য ধরা দিতে সময় লাগে, তাই ধৈর্য্য ধরতে হবে। নিজের অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে চেষ্টা করতে হবে কারণ, এটাই হবে আপনার সাফল্যের গল্প। একটি প্রবাদ আছে – “সবুরে মেওয়া ফলে”। সেজন্য ধৈর্য্য ধারণ করা ছাড়া আর কোন বিকল্প নেই।

৭.  মানুষ (People):  উদ্যোক্তা হওয়া মানে মানুষের সাথে কারবার। তাই মানুষকে সব সময় সম্মান করতে হবে সে আপনার পার্টনার, ইনভেস্টর, টিম মেম্বার, এমপ্লোয়ি কিংবা কাষ্টোমার যেই হোক না কেন। মানুষকে সবসময় নিজের ফিল করিয়ে আপনার কাজের সাথে যুক্ত করতে হবে তাহলেই আপনার উদ্যোগ সফলতার মুখ দেখবে।

Just as it is important to think about the risks involved before starting a business, financial crisis and family support are deeply involved!  Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. ব্যবসা শুরুর আগে নানা ধরনের ঝুঁকির কথা চিন্তা করে যেমনি শুরুটা করা হয় না তেমনি আর্থিক সংকট ও পারিবারিক সাপোর্টের ব্যপারটাও খুব গভীরভাবে জড়িত থাকে! তারমধ্যেও কিছু উদ্যোগী তরুন যারা শুরুটা করে কিন্তু লেগে থাকতে না পারার কারনে সফলতার দেখা মিলাতে ব্যর্থ হয়। পরিশ্রম করতেই হয়! যখন কোন কিছুর প্রতি ভালবাসা থাকে তখন সেখানে পরিশ্রম সত্যিকার অর্থেই চলে আসে। তবে হ্যা যদি ব্যবসার শুরু থেকেই মুনাফার প্রবাহ পাওয়া যায় তবে সেখানে লেগে থাকা সহজ হয়। কারন হতাশা ঢুকে পড়ার সুযোগ পায় না। প্রতিষ্ঠানের ঝাপ তুললেই ব্যবসা হয় এমন ব্যবসার চেয়ে কর্পোরেট প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্যবসায় লেগে থাকার মত ধৈর্য্য বেশী দেখাতে হয়। এখানে খুব সহজেই ক্রেতার দেখা মিলে না। বারবার ক্রেতার নিকট মার্কের্টিং করতে হয়। ক্রেতার বিশ্বাস যোগ্যতা অর্জন করতে হয়। অবশ্য এখানে যখন সেলসের দেখা মিলে সেটা অনেক বড় ধরনের সেলস হয়! এমন অনেক কর্পোরেট প্রতিষ্ঠান আছে যারা বছরে একটি দুটি কাজ করে! আবার এমনও প্রতিষ্ঠান আছে যারা কোম্পানী প্রতিষ্ঠার পর দুই এক বছরে কোন কাজই পায়নি। ঘুরতে ঘুরতে যখন একটি কাজ পেয়েছে তখন তাকে আর পেছন ফিরতে হয়নি। কোম্পানীর পাঁচ-সাত বছর নির্বিঘ্নে চলার মত মুনাফা অর্জন করে নিয়েছে ওই একটি কাজ থেকে। আমরা সফলতার খুব কাছ থেকে ফেরত আসি এটা আমরা বুঝতেও পারি না। দুঃসময়ের পরেই যে সুসময়ের দেখা মিলে এটা ভাবতে চাই না। সাময়িক ভাবে খারাপ সময়ে আমরা বিচলিত হয়ে পড়ি। নিজের প্রতি আত্মবিশ্বাসের ঘাটতি থেকে অবশ্য আমাদের এ পরিস্থিতির সৃষ্টি হয়। খুব সহজেই হতাশায় মগ্ন হয়ে যাই। ব্যর্থতা প্রতিটা মানুষের জীবনে থাকে। তারমানে এই না যে আমি ব্যর্থ হওয়ার জন্যই জন্মেছি। বারবার চেষ্টার ফলে কোন কাজের দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি পায়। কোন কোম্পানীর উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়ার দেখে থাকবেন ধারাবাহিকতা রক্ষা করে কাজ করা হয়। যে শ্রমিক যে কাজটি করে সে প্রতিনিয়ত সেই কাজটিই করতে থাকে। এতে তার উৎপাদন দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধির সাথে উৎপাদনের গতিও তরান্বিত হয়। ঠিক তেমনি ব্যবসা শুরুর পরে আপনি সব কাজ ঠিকঠাক ভাবে বুঝে উঠে করতে পারবেন না। সবকাজ নির্ভূল ভাবে করতে সক্ষম হবেন না। আপনি বারবার একই ধরনের কাজ করতে থাকলে আপনার দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি পেতে থাকবে। আপনি সঠিক ও নির্ভূল ভাবে কাজটি করতে সক্ষম হবেন। ব্যয় সংকুচিত হয়ে আয় বাড়বে। প্রতিষ্ঠান ধীরে ধীরে মুনাফার দেখা পাবে। দিনশেষে আপনি যতটুকু কাজ করতে পারলেন সেটার জন্য পরিতৃপ্ত হোন। পরবর্তী দিন আগের দিনের থেকে একটু হলেও বেশী কাজ করার চেষ্টা করুন। মনে রাখুন ব্যবসা শুরু করা যতটা সহজ তার চেয়ে ধরে রাখা আরও বেশী কঠিন। লেগে থেকে বুদ্ধিমানের মত পরিশ্রম করলে সফলতা নিশ্চিত। ভরসা রাখুন একমাত্র আল্লাহর ওপর। সাহায্য চান একমাত্র তারই উপর।

২। পর্যাপ্ত সঞ্চয় না থাকা: অসঞ্চয়ীদের আড্ডায় স্বাগতম! সম্প্রতি এক জরিপে দেখা গিয়েছে, মাত্র ৪ শতাংশ আমেরিকান মাস শেষে একটি ক্ষুদ্র সঞ্চয় করার চেষ্টা করার চেষ্টা করে। আপনি যদি ভবিষ্যতে নিজেকে একজন সচ্ছল ব্যক্তি হিসেবে দেখতে চান তাহলে আপনাকে অবশ্যই সঞ্চয়ের প্রতি গুরুত্ব দিতে হবে। সঞ্চয় তো করবেন, কিন্তু শুরুটা কিভাবে হতে পারে? আপনার পরিবারের যে কেউ যে কোন সময়ে অসুস্থ হয়ে যেতে পারে। তাঁদের কথা মনে রেখে আজই একটি ইমার্জেন্সি ফান্ড তৈরি করে ফেলুন। যখন আপনার ইমার্জেন্সি ফান্ড ভালো একটা আকার পাবে তখন এটা রেখে দিয়ে আপনার কলেজের টিউশন ফি অথবা আপনার পছন্দের কোন জিনিস কেনার জন্য আরেকটি ফান্ড করতে পারেন। এইভাবেই শুরু হোক সঞ্চয়ের পথে পথ চলা।

৩। অতিরিক্ত ঋণ: অতিরিক্ত ঋণের বোঝা আপনার ধনী হওয়ার পিছনে একটি বড় বাধা। কিছু কিছু ঋণ অর্থনৈতিক সাফল্যের পিছনে ভূমিকা রাখে, যেমন আপনি কোন রিয়েল এস্টেট অথবা নতুন কোন ব্যবসায় বিনিয়োগ করলেন –এটা আপনার জন্য লাভজনক হতেও পারে। কিন্তু আপনি চড়া সুদে ক্রেডিট কার্ড ব্যবহার করে আপনার পছন্দসই জিনিস কিনলেন আর অপরদিকে ব্যাংকে আপনার খাতায় লাল ফিগার বাড়তে লাগলো – এটা আপনার ধনী হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে একটি বড় অন্তরায়।

৪। পরিকল্পনা শূন্য জীবন: কোন ধরণের সুনিশ্চিত পরিকল্পনা ছাড়া ধনী হওয়ার চিন্তা করা আর বামুন হয়ে আকাশ ছোঁয়ার স্বপ্ন দেখা অনেকটা একইরকম। কথায় আছে, যারা পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়ন করতে ব্যর্থ তারা মূলত পরিকল্পনা করতেও ব্যর্থ। কিভাবে খরচ করবেন বা সঞ্চয় করবেন পরিকল্পনা করুন। হয়তো প্রথমেই পেরে উঠবেন না। অভ্যস্ত হতে নিজেকে খানিকটা সময় দিন।

৫। ইমার্জেন্সি ফান্ড না থাকা: ইমার্জেন্সি ফান্ডের কথা আগেই বলেছিলাম। বিশেষজ্ঞরা বলেন, অনাগত বিপদের কথা ভেবে অবশ্যই আপনার উচিত অন্তত ৬ মাসের রোজগার জমিয়ে রাখা। আমাদের জীবনটা একটা অনিশ্চয়তার খেলা। আপনার কাছে এমন কোন নিশ্চয়তা নেই যে, আপনার হাশিখুশি মুহূর্তগুলো কখন যে শোকে পরিণত হবে তা আপনি নিশ্চিতভাবে বলতে পারবেন।

৬। অভিযোগের প্রচলন করা: মাসে অল্প কয়েকটা টাকা কামাই, খরচের বহর দিন দিন বাড়ছে, আমার জীবনে আর কি হবে, দেনা পরিশোধ করা এ জীবনে আর সম্ভব না – সঞ্চয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিনিয়ত আমরা এই অভিযোগগুলো করি। এটা ঠিক যে, পুরানো অভ্যাস দূর করা অনেক কঠিন। তবে কোন কিছুই পরিবর্তন হবে না যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত আপনি নিজে না পরিবর্তন করার চেষ্টা করছেন। অনুযোগ আর কারণ দর্শানো এই বেলা বাদ দিন। এর পরিবর্তে বাজে অভ্যাসগুলোর জন্য নিজেকেই দায়ি করুন এবং কিভাবে নিজেকে পরিবর্তন করা যায় তা নিয়ে চিন্তা করুন। লেগে থাকলে আপনি অবশ্যই পারবেন।

৭। আগামিকালের চিন্তা পরে: উহু, এটা কোন মজার বিষয় নয়। আপনাকে অবশ্যই আপনার অবসরকালিন জীবনের কথা ভাবতে হবে। বাজারের নতুন আইফোন বা ট্যাব কেনার জন্য আপনি যে ধার করেন দয়া করে এই বদভ্যাসগুলো আপনার অবসর জীবনের দিকে তাকিয়ে এখনই বাদ দিন। হ্যাঁ, অবশ্যই আপনার সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী আপনার প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিশ কিনবেন, কিন্তু টিনএজারদের মত ফালতু আবেগে জড়াবেন না। তো ঝেড়ে ফেলুন এখনই ‘কিনে ফেলব’এই মানসিকতা। একটু সঞ্চয় করুন।আপনি নিশ্চিত থাকতে পারেন, আপনিই হচ্ছেন আগামি দিনের ধনী!

৮। সব সোনার ডিম এক বাক্সে নয়: আপনার সমস্ত উপার্জন এক খাতে বিনিয়োগ করে হয়তো বা আপনি লাভবান হলেও হতে পারেন। যেমন আপনি আপনার সমস্ত সঞ্চয় শেয়ারের পিছনে বিনিয়োগ করলেন, কে জানে হয়তো বা ভাগ্য খুলেও যেতে পারে। কিন্তু জেনে রাখুন এটা কখনোই ধনী হওয়ার রাস্তা হতে পারে না। আপনার সমস্ত উপার্জন এক জায়গায় বিনিয়োগ করা আপনাকে মাত্রাতিরিক্ত ঝুঁকির মধ্যে ফেলবে। আপনি অল্প অল্প করে বিভিন্ন খাতে আপনার সারা জীবনের উপার্জন বিনিয়োগ করুন। খারাপ কিছু হলে অন্তত ভেসে থাকার জন্য খড়কুটো পাবেন!

৯। দেরিতে শুরু করা: সময় এগিয়েই যাবে। কিন্তু আপনি বসে থাকবেন কী না সেটাই দেখার বিষয়। আপনার ইনকাম কম হলে আজ থেকেই অল্প অল্প করে জমানো শুরু করুন। ঋণ থাকলে আজ থেকেই শোধ করার জন্য জমাতে থাকুন। যা করবেন, আজ থেকেই করুন।

১০। শুরু হোক আজ থেকেই: আপনিও হয়তো বা সাধারণ আর দশটা মানুষের মত। যারা বিশ্বাস করে, কেউ অথবা কোন কিছু আপনাকে আসন্ন বিপদ থেকে উদ্ধার করবে। এটা ঠিক, যে কোন সময় আপনার ভাগ্য খুলে যেতে পারে, হঠাত করে কর্পোরেট হাউজে একটা জব পেয়ে গেলেন, শেয়ারে চড়া লাভ হলো কিংবা উত্তরাধিকার সূত্রে সম্পদ অথবা লটারিতে জিতে গেলেন লক্ষ লক্ষ টাকা! 

যাই হোক, যে কোন সময় আপনার ভাগ্যের চাকা ঘুরে যেতে পারে, কিন্তু একটা কথা জেনে রাখুন আপনি যদি সত্যি নিজেকে একজন সচ্ছল মানুষ হিসেবে দেখতে চান, আপনাকে হঠাত করে সম্পদ লাভের স্বপ্ন ঝেড়ে ফেলতে হবে। যা করতে হবে আজ থেকেই করতে হবে, এখন থেকেই করতে হবে। এটা ঠিক আমাদের জীবন খুবই অনিশ্চিত। কেউ জানে না কী হবে আর কী হবে না। সবার জীবনেই ভবিষ্যৎ নিয়ে অনিশ্চয়তা আছে, তাহলে আজকের দিনের আপনি কেন ‘আপনার জীবনে কী উন্নতি সাধন করতে পারবেন’ সে ব্যাপারে নজর দিচ্ছেন না? একটা ব্যাপার আপনার জেনে ভালো লাগবে যে, আপনি কিন্তু এখনই ধনী। এই কথাটা নিয়ে একটু চিন্তা করুন। আপনাকে কেউ যদি বলে আপনার একটা হাতের বিনিময়ে আপনাকে ১০ লক্ষ টাকা দিবে, আপনি কি আপনার হাত দিয়ে দিবেন? আপনার মাথায় কি এই চিন্তা আসবে যে, আমার তো দুইটি হাত আছে,একটি গেলে সমস্যা কি? উত্তর ‘না’। শারীরিক সুস্থতা আর ধনী হওয়া দুটো এক জিনিশ নয়। আপনি যখন একটু সচ্ছলতার জন্য উদয়স্ত পরিশ্রম করেন তখন এই কথাগুলো নিয়ে চিন্তা করুন। আপনার দুটো হাত আছে। আপনি শারীরিক ভাবে সুস্থ।

আশা হারাবেন না

কোনো কিছুতে হার মানলে কখনও আশা হারাবেন না। মনে রাখবেন, যেটা হয় সেটা সবসময় ভালোর জন্য হয়। যে বিষয়ে আপনি হার মেনেছেন, আশা না হারিয়ে পুনরায় চেষ্টা করুন। হয়ত এর চেয়েও ভালো কিছু আপনার জন্য অপেক্ষা করছে। আশা হারিয়ে ফেললে জীবনে অনেক পিছিয়ে পড়বেন।

সমালোচনাকে স্বাগত জানান

যেখানে দেখবেন সমালোচনা হচ্ছে সেখানে নিজেকে একটু অপেক্ষা করান। একটি সমালোচনায় অনেক শ্রেণির অনেক ধরনের মানুষ থাকে। একজন থেকে অন্যজন অবশ্যই আলাদা। সুতরাং আপনি যদি একটি সমালোচনায় নিজেকে উপস্থিত করান তাহলে অনেক কিছু শিখতে পারবেন। মানুষের চিন্তা-ভাবনা সম্পর্কে জানতে পারবেন। একটি সমালোচনা আপনার জন্য অনেক বড় একটি ভূমিকা পালন করে।

সাফল্যের হিসাব করুন
